Log-in using the received OTP.

Enter all your personal details.

Provide your preferred E-Mail ID which will be used for created for Government of Odisha Official use.

After submitting the form, kindly recheck on preview pane. Once Submitted you can't edit the form.

Click 'Cancel' to edit the form, or proceed to submit, download, and print the form.

Get the form signed by the concerned authority and send it to OCAC for email ID creation. Also, upload the signed form on the same portal.

Once Email id is created you will notified via SMS.

After you receive the SMS , Open https://mail.odisha.gov.in to and click to know your Userid Option. Follow the instructed process there.

After you know Userid, Reset your password by using the Create/reset Password Option.
